Megan is creative at heart and although she is not a hairdresser, she can appreciate the artwork and precision of all the stylists work. "I especially love chatting to all our clients and getting to know them on a deeper level, love a good laugh"
In her spare time Megan loves to paint & is an avid fashion lover. a mumma to 2 small humans, an old doggie & a cheeky hubby who all keep her busy!

Fun fact- our FOH receptionist Morgan is a trained hairdresser herself. Morgan says she "loves working as a receptionist at Oscar and Ivy because I'm still able to interact with all the clients snd seeing how happy they are once they have had their hair done. Out of work Morgan loves exploring the Southwest with her husband and her dog Norman, going to the beach and continuing to grow her house plant collection.
A Busselton local for over 26 years Renee has always had a passion for hair. Making people feel amazing as they walk out the salon with their fresh hair, is why she loves hairdressing. Renee loves creating blondes and vivid colour work- the bolder and brighter the better. "I enjoy foiling I could do that all day". In Renee's free time she has two boys who keep her busy, "We love to cook and bake" Renee is known in salon for her kitchen skills and whipping up a storm.
Our Busselton born Teyla loves this southwest part of WA. She loves the "buzz of the salon environment and talking with clients- she says its like "meeting up with friends everyday". Although Teyla is only in her first year of her apprenticeship she "cant wait to get her hands on creative colours and unconventional cuts". In her own time Teyla loves beauty and being extra glam. You can find her drinking a beer with friends and laughing until her cheeks hurt.
Juddanah, who. goes by the name Jordy is our bubbly new trainee 💕This Busselton born and raised little lady has already stolen the hearts of our team and clients alike 🥰 In salon you will find Jordy at the basin or assisting with colour work. But on the weekends she enjoys hanging out with her boyfriend and friends 🏖 Jordy began her hairdressing career because she has always enjoyed doing her own hair and even cut it herself into different lengths and styles when she was younger ✂️ We are so blessed to have Jordy as part of our team.

This little pocket rocket is our Bella. B thrives and adores working on transformative hair services and also blondes. "I believe if someone looks good, they’ll feel even better, and having the opportunity to do that for someone is the reason I am a stylist!" Bella am the salon clown that loves making everyone laugh until their tummies hurt and can be found dancing around the salon! "I enjoy spending time with my family on the weekends and also taking time out to practise yoga, head to the beach and weekend getaways with my boys. I am honoured to work at Oscar and Ivy as the team is fantastic at helping one another create masterpieces."

I introduced to you Natalie- our award winning team leader who is very passionate about everything ‘hair’. "I love creating upstyles, and styling, and specialise in free hand highlighting. I feel that highlighting natural colour to add dimension and movement is a low-maintenance technique to freshen up your look.
I have recently learnt the art of weft extensions and do a little happy dance when I get to sew one into a clients hair".
In her spare time Natalie is a crafty girl, She loves anything DIY.
"Adventures with my little family are the best! From backpacking around India, to a camping in our backyard. I like to think of myself as a dream catcher, nothing is out of reach".
Senior Stylist & Wedding Specialist
Renee has been a founding part of the Oscar and Ivy team since we opened 3 years ago. “My passion is blondes blonde and more blonde, balayage, tape and weft hair extensions and my all time favourite is styling for weddings, getting to be apart of someone’s special day seeing everything come together is magical”.
In her own time Renee is a big foodie,”I love to try new wineries I love to do in my time off is be outdoors anyway but mainly down the beach or on the boat - I’m partly a mermaid”. She enjoys spending weekends walking beaches with her dog Ross. Renee also likes to relive her childhood hobby as a circus performer, “I still love to make hula hoops in my garage”.
Senior stylist & Extension Queen
Born and raised in the south west of England, Grady moved to Australia 5 years ago, recently relocating to the beautiful south west. "The one things that’s never changed for me is my love for all things hair, especially colour and extensions! Give me a ‘lived in blonde’ every day of the week. The real pleasure of the job is seeing the smiles on my clients faces as they leave the salon feeling like the best version of themselves".
Outside of all things hair, Grady enjoys being in the great outdoors which is her" happy place, camping adventures, beach or bush with my partner and dog is the perfect weekend for me!"
Final Year Emerging Stylist
Since completing her traineeship with us Charlotte is now underway in her apprenticeship. She begun her career because she loves being creative and learning new trends. Her current passion is curly blowdrys. Charlotte spends her time off hanging with friends and being a domestic goddess.

Being able to make people feel good about themselves on a daily basis is the reasoning behind Merinda’s passion for the hairdressing industry, which began 13 years ago in Perth. Merinda loves every aspect of hairdressing, cutting, colouring and styling. From pixie cuts to glamour waves to freehand balayage she loves it all. But the current, sun kissed, lived in in colour trends are her hands down favourite. Some of Merinda’s career highlights are being awarded apprentice of the year for a large company, four years in a row, to then become the companies youngest manger, to working back stage at Perth, Sydney and Melbourne fashion festival to now owning Oscar and Ivy and working alongside a group of amazing women.
