NATALIE
Team leader, Boss Lady, & Creative Director
I introduced to you Natalie- our award winning team leader who is very passionate about everything ‘hair’. "I love creating upstyles, and styling, and specialise in free hand highlighting. I feel that highlighting natural colour to add dimension and movement is a low-maintenance technique to freshen up your look.
I have recently learnt the art of weft extensions and do a little happy dance when I get to sew one into a clients hair".
In her spare time Natalie is a crafty girl, She loves anything DIY.
"Adventures with my little family are the best! From backpacking around India, to a camping in our backyard. I like to think of myself as a dream catcher, nothing is out of reach".
MERINDA
Boss Lady and Owner Director
Being able to make people feel good about themselves on a daily basis is the reasoning behind Merinda’s passion for the hairdressing industry, which began 19 years ago in Perth. Merinda loves every aspect of hairdressing, cutting, colouring and styling. From pixie cuts to glamour waves to freehand balayage she loves it all. But the current, sun kissed, lived in in colour trends are her hands down favourite. Some of Merinda’s career highlights are being awarded apprentice of the year for a large company, four years in a row, to then become the companies youngest manger, to working back stage at Perth, Sydney and Melbourne fashion festival to now owning Oscar and Ivy and working alongside a group of amazing women.
MORGAN
Front of House Coordinator
Fun fact- our FOH salon co-ordinator Morgan is a trained hairdresser herself. Morgan says she "loves working as a co-ordinator at Oscar and Ivy because I'm still able to interact with all the clients snd seeing how happy they are once they have had their hair done. Out of work Morgan loves exploring the Southwest with her husband and her dog Norman, going to the beach and continuing to grow her house plant collection.
GRADY
Head stylist & Extension Queen
Born and raised in the south west of England, Grady moved to Australia 5 years ago, recently relocating to the beautiful south west. "The one things that’s never changed for me is my love for all things hair, especially colour and extensions! Give me a ‘lived in blonde’ every day of the week. The real pleasure of the job is seeing the smiles on my clients faces as they leave the salon feeling like the best version of themselves".
Outside of all things hair, Grady enjoys being in the great outdoors which is her" happy place, camping adventures, beach or bush with my partner, baby and dogs is the perfect weekend for me!"
Jordy
Final year emerging stylist
Juddanah, who. goes by the name Jordy is our bubbly second year apprentice 💕This Busselton born and raised little lady has already stolen the hearts of our team and clients alike 🥰 In salon you will find Jordy slaying all. things hair. She currently offers 20% off to all clients as she works on her timing. But on the weekends she enjoys hanging out with her boyfriend and friends 🏖 Jordy began her hairdressing career because she has always enjoyed doing her own hair and even cut it herself into different lengths and styles when she was younger ✂️ We are so blessed to have Jordy as part of our team. Jordy is currently offering 50% colour packages to assist in her speed of application. SHAKIRA
Front of House Host
Shakira or Shak as we call her is such an asset to our team. She has almost completed her apprenticeship making her a valuable asset the to our front of house team On her days off you will find Shakira spending time with her young son and spending time with friends in the outdoors
CHARLOTTE
Senior Stylist
(Currently on Maternity Leave)
Charlotte has been with us for over 5 years now and is such a delightful team mate and fabulous hairdresser. She begun her career because she loves being creative and learning new trends. Her current passion is colouring and blondes. Charlotte spends her time off hanging with friends, dog and cats and being a domestic goddess.
RENEE H
Senior Stylist
Renee (purple) has been a Busselton local for 33yrs and has always had a passion for hair.
"I’m a bubbly person who loves making people feel amazing as they walk out the salon with their fresh hair, this is why I love hairdressing".
Renee's passion lies between vivid colours , creating beautiful blondes and men’s cuts.
"In my free time I love to go for Sunday drives and discover new foodie places, I love watching my two boys play footy and basketball".
KIRRA
Senior Stylist
If you haven't met this quiet achiever- Kirra is making a name for herself as one of the blonde gurus of the salon & After completing her training in Perth, Kirra decided to make the move south and jumped into our DMs, and by gosh are we thankful
Kirra is so sweet, humble and passionate. She is always determined to continue to grow her skill sets and is quickly becoming not only one the most fashion forward gals in our group, but also the fitness queen smashing some serious goals at the gym ' We are so blessed to work alongside you Kirra!
Olivia

While you may have seen Olivia's face each Friday this year on school based work experience we are excited to announce that she has now officially joined our team as our Trainee so you will be seeing a lot more of her :)
