Her love for session and competition work fuels her creativity, pushing her to stay at the forefront of trends and techniques.

SHAKIRA
Front of House Host
Introducing Shakira, our dynamic front-of-house host who is also in the final stages of her apprenticeship.
With a love for the social side of the salon, Shakira thrives on connecting with clients and teammates, making her a warm and welcoming presence in our space.
Shakira's passion for hairdressing shines through in her enthusiasm for creating beautiful blowdries and stunning curls. Give her the opportunity to work her magic with hair, and she will be in her element, ensuring every client leaves feeling fabulous.
Outside of her salon duties, Shakira spends her weekends with family, enjoying scenic drives, relaxing moments, and beach days.
KIRRA
Senior Stylist
Kirra has been a valued member of our salon for the past three years since relocating from Perth. She has a passion for creating stunning blonde hair transformations and is currently dedicating her spare time to expand her skills in hair up-styling. Sweet, humble, and passionate, Kirra is a quiet achiever who takes pride in her work—but she also loves to have a friendly chat with clients, making everyone feel right at home.
Outside of the salon, Kirra loves to spend time with her partner and fur baby, especially at the beach!
RENEE
Senior Stylist
I love the hairdressing industry not only for the fact I get to make people feel good when they leave after having their hair done but the people I get to meet on the daily warms my heart. Her passion in hairdressing is vivid bright colours and mens cuts, alongside creating beautiful blondes.
Renee is a mum of two teenage boys and have been a local to Busselton for 33yrs. "In my spare time you will find me fishing in our boat with my partner or on a country drive finding a new restaurant with a Rosè in hand 😉
JADE
Senior Stylist
We’re so excited to welcome Jade, originally from a little seaside town in Ireland called Skerries — think Busselton vibes… just a whole lot colder!
Jade started hairdressing at 19 after falling in love with the creativity of competition work, and now with 7 years in the industry, she’s an incredible all-round stylist with a true passion for her craft.
She specialises in extensions (especially wefts), lived-in blondes, restyle cuts, and beautiful hair-ups — and she brings a warm, calm and friendly energy to every appointment.
Outside the salon, Jade has spent most of her life doing Irish dancing, and now she’s enjoying exploring all the adventures the South West has to offer.
She chose Oscar & Ivy for our big, supportive team of girls, the mix of ages and skills, and the amazing reviews that reflect the culture we’re so proud of.

Charlotte has been with us for over 5 years now and is such a delightful team mate and fabulous hairdresser. She begun her career because she loves being creative and learning new trends. Her current passion is colouring and blondes. Charlotte spends her time off hanging with friends, dog and cats and being a domestic goddess.

Meet Claire, an accomplished makeup artist and hair stylist with a flair for creativity and a passion for transformation. With experience working on film sets and commercials, Claire has honed her craft in high-pressure, dynamic environments, mastering the art of bringing characters to life through hair and makeup.💗
Now stepping into the world of hairdressing as an apprentice, Claire is combining her wealth of experience with a desire to expand her skills even further. Beyond the salon, she balances her artistic side with an active lifestyle, embracing exercise, a good glass of wine, and nights spent owning the dance floor. 👯♀️🍸
MERINDA
Boss Lady and Owner Director
Being able to make people feel good about themselves on a daily basis is the reasoning behind my passion for the hairdressing industry, which began 19 years ago in Perth. I love every aspect of hairdressing, cutting, colouring and styling. From pixie cuts to glamour waves to freehand balayage I love it all. But lived in blondes would have to be my fave. Some of my career highlights are being awarded apprentice of the year for a large company, four years in a row, to then become the companies youngest manger, to working back stage at Perth, Sydney and Melbourne fashion festival to now owning Oscar and Ivy and working alongside a group of amazing women.

Meet Tash, our vibrant front of house salon host with a passion for all things hair, beauty, fashion, and self-care. With her extensive knowledge of our full retail range, Tash is always ready to assist you with your appointment needs and ensure that your salon experience is seamless and enjoyable. Whether it's helping our talented hairdressers or providing you with a rejuvenating hair wash, Tash is committed to making every visit special.
When she's not at the salon, Tash works as a beautician and enjoys spending her weekends exploring the beach with her dog. She loves to unwind a cocktail in hand. Tash’s friendly demeanor and love for beauty make her an essential part of our team, and she looks forward to welcoming you to the salon!
GRADY
Head stylist & Extension Queen
Born and raised in the south west of England, Grady moved to Australia 5 years ago, recently relocating to the beautiful south west. "The one things that’s never changed for me is my love for all things hair, especially colour and extensions! Give me a ‘lived in blonde’ every day of the week. The real pleasure of the job is seeing the smiles on my clients faces as they leave the salon feeling like the best version of themselves".
Outside of all things hair, Grady enjoys being in the great outdoors which is her" happy place, camping adventures, beach or bush with my partner, baby and dogs is the perfect weekend for me!"
JORDY
Senior Stylist
Juddanah, who goes by the name Jordy is our bubbly and very talented Senior Stylist who we have trianed from day one 💕This Busselton born and raised little lady has already stolen the hearts of our team and clients alike 🥰 In salon you will find Jordy slaying all things hair. But on the weekends she enjoys hanging out with her puppy (Theo) and her boyfriend exploring all things outdoors 🏖 A wizz at blondes and extensions, Jordy began her hairdressing career because she has always enjoyed doing her own hair and even cut it herself into different lengths and styles when she was younger ✂️ We are so blessed to have Jordy as part of our team.
EMMA
Senior Stylist
With 19 years of experience as a stylist, Emma brings both passion and precision to the Oscar & Ivy team. A lover of love all aspects of hairdressing but her true specialties lie in cutting, especially creating beautiful pixie cuts and crafting seamless foiling work.
“I’m always eager to upskill, learn, and perfect my craft, ensuring that every client leaves the salon feeling confident and cared for”.
After moving from Kalgoorlie to Busselton at the start of 2024, Emma has embraced everything the South West lifestyle has to offer. When she is not in the salon, Emma enjoy spending weekends with her husband and two daughters, exploring the beaches, forests, and hidden gems of this beautiful region.

Introducing Georgia, our talented Senior Hair Stylist who has a true passion for hairdressing and can't imagine doing anything else. With extensive expertise in cutting and blow-drying, Georgia excels at creating stunning looks that leave her clients feeling fabulous. She also enjoys the artistry of foil transformations, bringing out the best in every hair type.
Always eager to learn and grow, Georgia is dedicated to honing her skills and staying ahead of the latest trends in the industry.
Outside of the salon, Georgia cherishes her weekends spent with her little family, embracing the great outdoors. Whether it's camping, road trips, or exploring the beautiful beaches of the South West. Her warm personality and love for her craft make her an invaluable member of our team.
OLIVIA
Third year emerging stylist
Meet Olivia – Our Ray of Sunshine ☀️
Now in her third year of apprenticeship, Olivia is a burst of warmth and positivity in the salon. She’s a natural talent when it comes to all things styling, toning, and colouring, and she’s currently honing her foiling skills – so she’s on the lookout for models to perfect her timing.
Olivia’s gentle, friendly nature makes her a favourite with our younger guests, and she’s loving the chance to create fun, fresh looks with kids’ cuts in salon. Whether you’re here for a glossy tone refresh, a bouncy blow-dry, or a little one’s haircut, Olivia will make the experience relaxed, enjoyable, and full of smiles.
JAZMIA
Professional makeup artist and Second year emerging stylist
Meet Jazmia, our enthusiastic second-year apprentice who has returned to complete her apprenticeship after starting her journey as a teenager. Jaz is passionate about the beauty industry, seeing it as a wonderful opportunity to express her creativity while helping others feel amazing.
Eager to dive into the world of vivid colors and unique styles, Jaz thrives on pushing boundaries and exploring out-of-the-box ideas that ignite her artistic spirit. Her enthusiasm for learning and growing within the field is infectious, and she is excited to bring fresh perspectives to our team.
When the weekend rolls around, Jaz enjoys spending quality time with her kids, and she loves to unwind with a glass of wine and a cheese platter. She can't wait to share her creative journey with you.
